What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our standard MOQ is 30-50 pieces per style per color. This allows small sellers to test products without large investment. For custom designs, MOQ starts at 100pcs.
How fast is shipping?
In-stock items ship within 24 hours. Standard express delivery takes 3-7 business days to most countries via DHL or FedEx. We also offer sea freight for larger orders (15-25 days).
Do you offer custom logo / OEM service?
Yes! We offer 4 logo techniques: heat transfer, embroidery, silicone label, and screen printing. MOQ for custom logo is 50pcs per style. Turnaround is 7-10 days for production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and Western Union. For first-time orders, we recommend Alibaba Trade Assurance for buyer protection.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we offer sample orders (1-5pcs) at retail price. Sample cost is refundable when you place a bulk order. Samples ship within 2 days.
What fabric do you use for your activewear?
We use premium fabrics including: 75% Nylon + 25% Spandex (seamless), 80% Nylon + 20% Spandex (butt-lifting), and 90% Polyester + 10% Spandex (performance). All fabrics are squat-proof, moisture-wicking, and 4-way stretch.
Do you provide product photos for my online store?
Yes! We provide high-resolution product photos and model shots free of charge for all wholesale customers. White background and lifestyle images available.
How do I know which styles are trending?
We update our Best Sellers weekly based on TikTok, Amazon, and Shopify data. Follow our WhatsApp for real-time trend alerts and new arrival notifications.
